Top Hat Genie is a Premium Box Tsum Tsum. He is a Limited Event Tsum Tsum and is not available from purchasing Premium Boxes outside of the event. He was first introduced during the Japan Event Genie's The Magic Show (July 2018) and the International Event Genie's The Magic Show (February 2020). In the Japan version only, when he was first introduced, he was also a musical Tsum Tsum and would play the song "Friend Like Me" during gameplay.

Top Hat Genie will create random skill events. The base number of Tsum Tsum required to fill his Skill meter is 21 and his base effect is SS/XS. Higher Skill levels reduce the number of Tsum Tsum required.
Strategy[]
- His skills are one of three actions.
- He will turn random Tsum Tsum into Genies with a white top hat that will clear surrounding Tsum Tsum when connected to the regular Top Hat Genie.
- He will create two types of Tsum Tsum for a short time, which are the front and back of Top Hat Genie.
- He will pick one of three playing cards and they will clear an X-shaped area of Tsum Tsum. If you choose the matching card, it will clear one more time.
- The Genies with white top hats will not count as MyTsum during clearing missions, but the rear-facing Top Hat Genies will.
- Each Genie with a white top hat that appears during one of Top Hat Genie's Skills will count as a boy, blue, eyebrow, hat and beard Tsum Tsum during missions.
