Jester Goofy is a Premium Box Tsum. He is a Limited Time Event Tsum and is not available through purchasing Premium Boxes. He was introduced in tandem with the Japan Villains Event (October 2016) and the International Villains Event (October 2017).

Strategy
Activate skill immediately when you make a long Jester Goofy chain, since the skill meter will continue to count after skill activation. Also, you don't need to wait for Tsum Tsum fall down on screen, since Jester Goofy skill clear randomly on non-Jester Goofy Tsum Tsum.
