Mission Card No.04 is from the Mission Bingo card. Completing Mission Card No.04 rewards you with an Alien Tsum. (Known as Little Green Men in the Japanese version.)
There is a difference on Mission 25 between the International and Japanese versions. It is noted in the missions list below.

Mission 15 Strategy
Do not use any coin booster as it will alter your end score. Avoid using any Burst Skill Tsums and be sure to clear out any bubbles and not have a full skill meter at the end of the game, as the Last Bonus will activate and change your coin score.
